Natalia is a lawyer with a minor in History from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia and holds a Master's in Law LL.M from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She is currently working to receive a Master's in Bioethics at the University of Pittsburgh as a Fulbright grantee and will graduate in April 2021. Her experience includes international human rights law, disability rights and decision making, reproductive rights, the right to health of historically discriminated populations and ethical compliance in healthcare institutions. She is specially interested in the link between human rights and health services provision, as well as educating doctors and health professionals in a human rights framework.
